§ 112.040 INSPECTION AND SEALING OF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES.
   (A)   Before any licensee under this subchapter shall sell or offer to sell any products in this city all scales or measuring devices used by him or her must be inspected and sealed by the Inspector of Weights and Measures.
   (B)   Thereafter, the weights and measures must be inspected at least annually.
