For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
WHOLESALE ITINERANT PRODUCE DEALER. A person engaged in the business of selling any fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, or garden produce, butter, eggs, cheese, fish, meat, poultry, or any other or like article of food used or intended for human consumption to retail trade for purposes of resale.
