§ 32.055 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC ACCESS CABLE SERVICE.
   (A)   The Department of Public Access Cable Service is hereby established for the city.
   (B)   The Department shall endeavor to enhance communication to the citizens of the city through the use of cable television technologies.
   (C)   The Department shall work with federal, local, and state agencies to provide public information in accordance with state and federal guidelines.
   (D)   The Department shall be supervised by a Board appointed in accordance with ordinances adopted by this Common Council.
