For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AMUSEMENT. Any theatrical exhibition, show, and similar entertainment offered, operated, presented, or exhibited for gain or for admission to which the public is required to pay a fee.
AMUSEMENT PLACE. The place, auditorium, hall, theater, park, grounds, gardens, tents, or other enclosures within which it is intended to produce, offer, or present any amusement.
