   (B)   Description of business categories. For the purpose of this section, the following descriptions shall apply.
      CARRY-OUT. A retail establishment where meals are prepared and served to be consumed inside/outside of establishment.
      CASINO RESTAURANT. A retail establishment located within in a casino or gaming licensee’s property where meals are prepared and served.
      CATERER. An individual or business that prepares and sells food usually for particular events for retail.
      CHARITABLE/FRATERNAL CAFÉ. A non-profit hall or organization that serves prepared food (example: Post 369, Shriner’s, Knights of Columbus, and the like).
      COMMERCIAL CAFETERIA. A retail establishment that sells prepared food and is located within a public/industrial site.
      FOOD VENDING MACHINE. Coin/dollar operated machine that offers for sale pre-packaged food or snacks.
      INSTITUTIONAL CAFETERIA. A retail establishment that sells prepared food they serve at a private/public school, hospital, or college cafeteria.
      LOUNGE. A retail establishment that sells prepared food and alcoholic beverages to consumers.
      MOBILE FOOD VEHICLE. A retail mobilized food operation capable of moving on its own, moving to place to place selling pre-packaged ready-to-eat foods.
      NIGHTCLUB. A retail establishment that dispenses alcoholic beverages and has live entertainment (includes DJ) and has a dance floor.
      PUBLIC CENTERS (CAFÉ). An area where food is prepared for the public and may be used to hold hot/cold foods for breakfast and lunch programs conducted by or entirely funded charity and/or by local, state, or federal government.
      RESTAURANT/CARRY-OUT. A retail establishment where meals are prepared and served.
      RESTAURANT/TAVERN. A retail establishment where meals are prepared and served; and alcoholic beverages are dispensed.
      SCHOOL CAFETERIA. An establishment that sells prepared food to students in a primary or secondary public or charter school setting.
      TAVERN/BAR. A retail establishment that dispenses alcoholic beverages.
      TEMPORARY FOOD ESTABLISHMENT/FESTIVALS. A temporary celebration or event in a designated area preparing food and drink on site by food vendors under strict sanitary conditions for a limited time.
