   (B)   Description of business categories. For the purpose of this section, the following descriptions shall apply.
      AMUSEMENT GAMES. A device that may be computerized game equipment for amusement to be used for monetary cost or any tabletop amusement equipment.
      AMUSEMENT MACHINE. A machine that dispenses toys, gum, and/or candy for a monetary cost.
      BAKERY. A retail establishment where products such as bread, cake, and pastries are baked or sold for retail.
      BEVERAGE DISTRIBUTOR. A person traveling to business establishments delivering beverages (water, non-alcoholic beverages, alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, any soft drink intended or reasonably likely to be used as a beverage).
      CIGARETTE LICENSE/TOBACCO. Anyone selling tobacco products behind service counter that is not dispensed from a machine must have a license to do so.
      CIGARETTE MACHINE. A machine that dispenses cigarettes for a monetary cost.
      CONVENIENCE STORE. A retail establishment that sells pre-packaged foods, ready-to-eat foods, household goods, and personal items for public retail.
      DELICATESSEN. A retail establishment that sells prepared ready-to-eat foods (sandwiches, salads, and packaged snacks).
      DRUG STORE. A retail establishment that dispenses prescription medication and other over the counter medication as well as household items.
      FARMER’S MARKET. A person engaging at a stationary location selling fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and garden produce for retail.
      FISH MARKET. A retail establishment that sells fresh or frozen seafood, fresh water products, or farm raised fishery.
      FOOD COMMISSARY. A register catering establishment, restaurant, or any retail food establishment in which food, food containers, or food supplies are kept, handled, prepared, packaged, or stored.
      FOOD MANUFACTURER/ DISTRIBUTOR. An establishment that prepares and packages food items in large bulk or quantity and distributes to retail food establishments.
      FOOD PEDDLER. A person traveling from place to place engaging in the selling of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, garden produce, dairy products, or any prepared food by commissary.
      FRUIT/VEGETABLE MARKET. A retail establishment engaging in the selling of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, garden produce, seasonal produce, and seasoning items.
      GROCERY STORE. A retail establishment generally located in a residential neighborhood that sells food and household goods at a low volume.
      JUKE BOX. A coin operated music entertainment machine that plays music for a monetary cost,
      LIQUOR STORE. A retail establishment that sells packaged alcoholic beverages for retail (beer, wine, and hard liquor).
      PRIVATE/PUBLIC HALL CAFÉ. An area where food is prepared for public or private events and may be used to hold hot/cold foods for a short time prior to the event.
      SUPERMARKET. A retail establishment that sells food and household goods.
      WHOLESALE STORE. An establishment that sells items in large bulk or quantity, usually at a lower cost.
