§ 32.035 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS.
   (A)   The Department of Public Works is hereby established as a city department.
   (B)   This Department shall be organized and administered in accordance with resolutions adopted by the city agencies governing the city streets, parks, and solid waste.
