§ 110.024 COMPLIANCE WITH LOCAL BUILDING, FIRE, HEALTH, ZONING, STATE, AND FEDERAL PROVISIONS.
   The City Controller shall require that all business license applications comply with provisions of the building, fire, health, and zoning codes and all prevailing federal and state laws and provisions regulating ordinances and codes.
