§ 32.034 UTILITIES ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION.
   (A)   The Utilities Administrative Services Division is hereby confirmed as a city agency.
   (B)   The Utilities Administrative Services Division shall be organized and administered in accordance with resolutions adopted by the Board of Sanitary Commissioners and the Board of Trustees of the Water Works.
