§ 110.002 HEALTH CERTIFICATES.
   (A)   Before a business license is issued or renewed for any business or occupation which involves the production, preparation, or distribution of food products or beverages, the business shall be required to produce a Certification of Food Handler Requirements, demonstrating compliance with the State Department of Health (ISDH) Rule 410 I.A.C. 7-22, Certification of Food Handler Requirements and I.C. 16-42-5.
   (B)   Before a business license is issued or renewed, all persons who are engaged or desire to engage in any occupation or business for which a license is required and who produce or distribute food or food products or drinks shall be required to present a current health certificate, signed by the city health officer, which shall declare each person so engaged to be free from infectious or contagious disease. The applicant shall be subject to any and all applicable fees assessed for these services.
