§ 99.031 DUTIES.
   It shall be the duty of the City Horticulturist to see that the provisions of this chapter are obeyed. Prosecutions for all violations of this chapter shall be instituted at the direction of the City Horticulturist and shall be prosecuted in the name of the city.
