§ 99.003 INJURING OR DESTROYING ON PUBLIC WAYS.
   No person shall cut, break, tear, deface, or otherwise injure or destroy any grass plot, flower bed, ornamental or shade tree, or shrub other than his or her own upon any sidewalk or other public way.
