§ 98.048 REPAIRS BY CITY.
   (A)   When any property owner fails to repair his or her sidewalk abutting the public ways of the city, the Supervisor of Public Works or other city employees or officers may notify the owner or his or her agent.
   (B)   If, after 30 days’ notice, the property owner fails to make the necessary repairs, the city may do so and charge the same against the property owner.
