§ 32.030 DEPARTMENT OF WATER WORKS.
   The Department of Water Works shall operate as a municipal utility and perform functions as assigned in I.C. 8-1.5-1 et seq., the applicable sections of the State Administrative Code, and the rules and regulations as adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Department of Water Works.
