§ 97.153 NUMBERS OBTAINED FROM CITY CLERK.
   Before any owner or occupant of any house or building shall place a number on the same, he or she shall obtain from the City Clerk the number assigned to his or her lot or part of lot and shall so place the number upon his or her lot or part of lot occupied.
