Any person to whom a permit for the use of subsidewalk space shall have been granted under the terms of this subchapter, or who has given a bond for the occupation of space under any sidewalk under any provisions of this subchapter, who has conveyed his or her interest in the premises for which the permit is issued, shall notify the Board of Public Safety, in writing, and shall furnish in writing the name and address of the purchaser. The new purchaser must again apply for a permit in the same manner as the original permittee.
