§ 97.060 INJURING OR MOVING BENCH MONUMENTS.
   It is unlawful for any person to cover up, conceal, deface, obliterate, or in any manner to injure, erase, disfigure, or change the location of any of the standard bench monuments which have heretofore been established or which may hereafter be established by the city.
