§ 97.058 UNPAVED ALLEYS.
   The grades of the side lines of each unpaved alley in the city at its intersection of streets shall conform to the sidewalk grades of streets, respectively and from the intersection shall rise at the rate of six inches in each 100 feet to meet at a summit.
