(A) No person shall injure or tear up any pavement, sidewalk, crosswalk, drain, sewer, or an other public improvement without authority from the Board of Public Works.
(B) No person shall hinder or obstruct the making or repairing of any public way without authority from the Board of Public Works.
(C) Any person who shall injure or tear up any pavement, sidewalk, crosswalk, drain, or sewer, without due authority or who shall injure or obstruct any person employed by the Common Council or Supervisor of Public Works or the person employed by him or her, in making or repairing any public improvement or work ordered by the Common Council or Board of Public Works shall, upon conviction thereof, be deemed guilty of violating the provisions of this chapter.
