§ 97.021 NIGHT LIGHTS.
   Any person having the use of any portion of the street or sidewalk for the purpose of erecting or repairing any building or for any other business or proper purpose shall cause two red lights to be placed and to be kept burning in a conspicuous place, one at each end of the obstruction, from dusk until sunrise in the morning each night during the time the obstruction remains.
