§ 97.006 CLEANLINESS OF CROSSWALKS AND ALLEYS.
   It is made the duty of the Director of Maintenance Services Department to cause the crosswalks and alley crossings to be kept open and free from snow during the winter months and free from dirt and dust during the year.
