§ 32.004 PREVIOUS POWERS AND AUTHORITIES.
   (A)   Any power or authority previously granted by ordinance or resolution shall remain in full force and effect unless specifically modified by provisions contained herein.
   (B)   All obligations, contracts, agreements, and actions taken under any ordinance or resolution modified or repealed by this subchapter shall remain in full force and effect and shall remain legally binding.
