§ 96.030 EFFECT OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS ON CHAPTER.
   The provisions of this chapter shall apply when not contrary to the powers and regulations of the federal government. When a conflict in authority prevails, the provisions of this chapter shall not apply. The local authorities shall in all matters cooperate with superior federal authority.
