§ 95.172 STACK EMISSION TEST METHOD.
   Stack emission tests shall be undertaken by generally recognized standards or methods of measurements recommended by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency, but these may be modified or adjusted by the Director to suit specific sampling conditions or needs based on good practice, judgment, and experience.
