(A) No person shall cause or permit the emission into the atmosphere from any existing sulfuric acid manufacturing process more than six and five-tenths pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of 100% acid produced. Acid mist emission levels shall not exceed more than five-tenths pounds per ton of 100% acid produced and sulfur trioxide emissions shall be limited to two-tenths pounds per ton of 100% acid produced.
(B) New sulfuric acid manufacturing processes shall include controls that limit emissions to four pounds of sulfur dioxide per ton of 100% acid produced.
