§ 95.106 EMISSION OF PARTICULATE MATTER; FUEL BURNING EQUIPMENT.
   (A)   No person shall cause, suffer, or allow to be emitted into the ambient atmosphere from any existing fuel burning equipment or premises or to pass a convenient measuring point near the stack outlet, particulate matter in the gases to exceed 0.30 pounds per million BTU heat input per hour when total plant capacity is less than 700,000,000 BTU heat input per hour particulate matter in the gases are not to exceed 0.20 pounds per million BTU heat input per hour.
   (B)   For new equipment with more than 250,000,000 BTU heat input per hour the emissions shall not exceed 0.1 pounds of particulate matter per million BTU heat input per hour.
   (C)   For new equipment with less than 250,000,000 BTU heat input per hour the emissions shall not exceed 0.2 pounds of particulate matter per million BTU heat input per hour.
