§ 95.050 POWERS.

   The Air Quality Control Advisory and Appeal Board is vested with the following jurisdiction and authority:

   (A)   To decide appeals from any decision, ruling, regulation, determination, or order made by the Director of Air Quality Control under this chapter, or failure to act upon request within a reasonable period of the directive in the manner and subject to the standards set out in this chapter;

   (B)   To pass upon applications for extensions of time for compliance or for exemptions of variances in the manner of and subject to §§ 95.190 and 95.191; and

   (C)   To decide all matters referred to it or upon which it is required to pass under this chapter.
