§ 95.045 CHAIRPERSON.
   (A)   The Air Quality Control Advisory and Appeal Board shall elect its own Chairperson.
   (B)   The Board shall meet at the call of the Chairperson, who shall be elected by the Board at the first meeting of each year.
   (C)   No Chairperson shall serve for more than two consecutive terms.
