(A) If the alarm user does not appeal the revocation decision of the ECC Alarm Administrator or if the Alarm Board of Appeals affirms the revocation decision of the ECC Administrator, the alarm user, upon receipt of notice of revocation or notice of affirmation of revocation, shall immediately discontinue use of the alarm system.
(B) An alarm user whose permit has been revoked may apply for a new user’s permit as provided in § 94.035.
