(A) Any alarm user who has false alarms on more than 12 occasions in any permit year for each 100 alarm devices installed and operable in the alarm user’s facility shall be fined according to the following table for each false alarm in excess of eight occurring within the same permit year. The following fines are subject to change at the discretion of the city.

(B) A fine shall be due and payable by the alarm user within ten days after written notice of the violation is received by the alarm user. Any alarm user who does not pay his or her fine within the time prescribed shall also be subject to revocation of his or her permit, pursuant to § 94.050.
(C) All fines shall be payable to the city and fines collected shall be deposited in the city’s General Fund.
