§ 94.004 ALARM SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS AND SERVICE.
   Every alarm business, selling, leasing, or otherwise furnishing to any user of an alarm system, which is installed on premises located within the city, shall furnish to the user instructions as provide information to enable the user to properly operate the alarm system and to obtain service for the alarm system at any time.
