§ 93.097 ALLOWING VEHICLES TO REMAIN ON PROPERTY.
   (A)   No person in charge or control of any property within the city, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee, or otherwise, shall allow any partially dismantled, nonoperating, wrecked, junked, discarded vehicle or any vehicle without a valid state registration and license plate issued to the vehicle and to the occupant, owner, purchaser, lessor, lessee, or tenant of any lot, building, or structure therein or thereon situated, to remain on the property longer than 24 hours.
   (B)   No person shall leave any such vehicle on any property within the city for a longer time than 72 hours; except, that this section shall not apply to a vehicle in an enclosed building, a vehicle on the premises of a business enterprise operated in a lawful place and manner when necessary to the operation of the business enterprise or a vehicle in an appropriate storage place or depository maintained in a lawful place and manner by the city.
