§ 93.077 LONG-TERM STORAGE OF WASTE TIRES PROHIBITED.
   (A)   The long-term storage of waste tires is prohibited within the corporate limits of the city. For purposes of this subchapter, LONG-TERM is defined as any period longer than the time waste tires are stored awaiting pick-up and/or removal by a waste disposal firm which in no event shall exceed 30 days.
   (B)   Each owner or possessor of waste tires shall keep a record from which it can be readily determined the day each individual waste tire came into the person’s premises.
   (C)   Any waste tire existing on premises for which a record of its arrival on the premises is not maintained shall conclusively be presumed to have been stored in excess of 30 days in violation of this subchapter.
