§ 93.005 SUMMARY ABATEMENT.
   Whenever any nuisance shall be found on any premises within the city, the Board of Public Health or Board of Public Safety or other proper city authority is authorized, in its discretion, to cause the same to be summarily abated in a manner as it may direct.
