(A) For the purpose of carrying the provisions of this subchapter into effect, it is made the duty of all officers and employees of the city to report all violations of this subchapter to the City Attorney or Mayor for prosecution.
(B) For this purpose, the Chief of Police, the Supervisor of Public Works, the members of the police force, and the Board of Health, and each of them shall be permitted at all hours to visit, enter into, or upon any building, lot, grounds, or premises within the limits of this city to ascertain and discover any nuisances and to make examination thereof.
