§ 93.002 COMMON-LAW AND STATUTORY NUISANCES.
   In all cases where no provision is made in this subchapter defining what are nuisances and how the same may be removed, abated, or prevented, in addition to what may be declared such in this code, those offenses which are known to the common law and the statutes of the state as nuisances may, in case the same exists within the city, be treated as such and be proceeded against as is provided in this subchapter or in accordance with other provisions of law.
