For the purposes of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
CERCLA. The Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, and any amendments to that Act from 1980, inclusive, being 42 U.S.C. §§ 9601 et seq.
ENVIRONMENT. Air, land, or water, or its combination.
FACILITY. Individual, partnership, co-operative, firm, company, corporation, association, trust, estate, government entity, or any other legal entity or their legal representatives, agents, or assigns.
IMMEDIATELY. Within five minutes after discovery of the spill, leak, discharge, or release of the dangerous, hazardous, or toxic substance.
SUBSTANCES CONSIDERED DANGEROUS, HAZARDOUS, OR TOXIC. Those which are items listed in CERCLA § 304, 40 C.F.R. Table 302.4.
