§ 31.060 APPOINTMENT; ASSISTANTS.
   The City Engineer shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor and shall be subject to the direction of the Board of Public Works and Safety. Necessary assistants to the City Engineer shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Mayor.
