SCHEDULE VIII. SPEED BUMP LOCATIONS.
   (A)   There shall be two speed bumps located on Northcote Ave., between West Columbus Dr. and West 142nd St.
   (B)   There shall be two speed bumps located on Baring Ave., between West Columbus Dr. and West 142nd St.
   (C)   There shall be two speed bumps located on Baring Ave., between Carroll St. and Shell St.
   (D)   There shall be non-asphalt speed bumps placed every 350 feet running east and west bound on East 149th Pl., between Grasselli Ave. and Parrish Ave.
