§ 31.048 COMPOSITION OF DEPARTMENT OF LAW.
   The Department of Law shall be composed of the City Attorney, Secretary to the City Attorney, Assistant City Attorney, and any other assistants and clerks as may be provided for in the annual budget appropriation ordinance or in the manner provided by law.
