§ 31.047 SECRETARY AND OTHER SPECIAL ASSISTANTS.
   The Secretary to the City Attorney shall be appointed by the City Attorney subject to the approval of the Mayor. The City Attorney may appoint or employ special assistants or special counsel, subject to the approval of the Mayor, for which funds have been provided in the manner provided by law.
