§ 75.002 RENTAL.
   A rental agency shall not rent or offer any bicycle for rent unless the bicycle is registered and licensed and a license plate is attached thereto, as provided in this chapter, and unless the bicycle is in good mechanical condition and equipped with lamps and other equipment required by law.
