§ 75.001 BICYCLE DEFINED.
   For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BICYCLE. Every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride and having two tandem wheels, either of which is over 20 inches in diameter.
