For the purposes of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PHYSICALLY HANDICAPPED PERSONS. Persons as defined in I.C. 5-16-9-1 et seq. or I.C. 5- 16-9-1 or someone who has been issued a placard or decal from the State Rehabilitation Services Agency or a registration plate by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
