§ 72.063 ALLEY PARKING AND SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   No person shall park a vehicle within an alley except temporarily for the purpose of loading or unloading and then only in a manner or under conditions as to leave available not less than ten feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic and no person shall stop, stand, or park a vehicle within an alley in a position as to block the driveway entrance to any abutting property.
   (B)   Speed limit in all alleys in the city shall be five mph.
   (C)   Vehicles illegally parked in alley shall be subject to being towed away and the cost of the towing, and any storage borne by owner of the vehicle.
