(A) The Traffic Bureau is authorized to erect signs indicating no parking upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property when parking would, in the opinion of the Chief of Police, interfere with traffic or create a hazardous situation.
(B) When official signs are erected indicating no parking upon that side of any street adjacent to any school property, no person shall park a vehicle in any designated place.
