The City Council may, from time to time, designate certain blocks or portions of blocks as areas where parking is prohibited or restricted as to time. Schedules of these areas are on file in the City Clerk’s office. When signs are erected indicating the areas, no vehicle shall stand or be parked in violation thereof.
