§ 70.055 TEMPORARY REGULATIONS; TESTING TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICES.
   The Chief of Police is empowered to make and enforce temporary or experimental regulations to cover emergencies or special conditions. No temporary or experimental regulations shall remain in effect for more than 60 days. The Traffic Bureau may test traffic-control devices under actual conditions of traffic.
