§ 55.046 DOMESTIC GARBAGE AND TRASH REMOVAL; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.
   The city, having the exclusive right, shall systematically collect, remove, and dispose of all domestic garbage and trash of all its citizens, as provided in this chapter, who shall faithfully comply with the provisions of this chapter.
