§ 55.045 JURISDICTION.
   For the purpose of collecting, removing, and disposing of all garbage and trash in a systematic and sanitary manner, the Supervisor of Public Works and the Sanitary District, Division of Solid Waste Management, is charged with the duty and empowered to superintend the same.
